User has been disabled, marked inactive

One of my players got this message after not playing for 2 weeks. Now he cannot log in. What is the solution for this issue? Thx.

So this has to do with players not having their Soldier account linked to a Steam account.
All dissociated accounts were disabled and our next update will be locking out any unlinked accounts permanently.

That is the message you usually get when your account has been banned. Either know what you did wrong or message support about it if you didn't do anything wrong.
