    Where you are at in the log, it is about to initialize workshop content.

    Looks like the next best thing to try would be to go into the workshop and unsubscribe from any maps.

    Workshop tab on the top.

    Browse -> subscribed items

    Then, well I'm not sure your folder is labeled the same, but mine is "203290", Delete/move everything in that folder. You should probably check the contents first, as multiple games content are stored in the content directory. You'll see flo_*** and bdx_*** files.

    side note ... there were no flo or bdx files ... all numbered folders ... and they all seem to be empty folders

    At this point, I'm afraid I cannot dig up any more ideas, beyond full delete/reinstalls. Will query co-workers on it. The other programmers may know more.

    It must be some sort of file corruption. Never seen the crash at that point before.

    "...\Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame"

    Delete that folder and it will re-create itself on game start. I'd try that first. That is just your config files.

    If it still crashes after that folder, I'd try deleting the game from your library in steam. Check the steamapps folder for AAGame after the delete to be sure its empty: "...\steamapps\common\America's Army". Reboot after that, then download/reinstall the game.

    ok so i did that and still crashing reinstalled steam as well ... everything was working just fine until this latest update
  • the lack of support is very disappointing to say the least ... my game has been down since the last patch and have been waiting for some sort of solution ...
