Not Launching After Update, Still A Problem

Alright so i havent been able to launch the game sense the the last major update. I have done everthing to try and fix this and it still crashes with a windows error after the first splash screen. please please help me :(

Things i have tried:
1. verify integrity of game cach
2. deleting config folder
3. complete reinstall deleting all local files and manually deleting the files in document/mygames/AA
4. unsubscribing from all workshop conent
5. uninstalling reinstalling all C++

    That look likes the .net framework crash.

    Try the installs directly from Microsoft. We push the necessary ones with the build through steam, but it doesn't seem to be sticking for everyone.

    Hey i tried downloading the .net and it still crashes at the first splash sceen, so I have not been able to play sense that last major update. Is there any update to this problem?

    I think what happens is that everyone's Windows install has the potential to have one-off files that may not be compatible, and may require install for the components in certain order to work. I don't know enough, but it doesn't specifically mean there's anything wrong with the game. Not trying to make excuses per se, but there's a lot more variation in setups than there once was. Imagine trying to do Windows, Linux and Mac, and Console stuff all with a small team. It would be a crazy amount of work, I'd bet.

    I really wish, as a tester, there was an easy way to step through the process and understand what is causing a glitch!!!
