Low GPU usage 1080p

Asus H81M-Plus
i5 4460
R9 380 4GB
1TB Seagate Barracuda
8GB DDR3 Ram
EVGA B 500W
Windows 10 Pro

Just looking for an opinion as this build is mostly new and I was expected better performance. I will leave some graphs below -

Also I've noticed 6+ GB pagefile usage in one of those screenshots, Pagefile is a lot slower than RAM which could be the reason I experience screen lag after long periods maybe due to the file becoming full?
I don't know but it's just a thought. Thanks in advance.

Costa if tou using the play.tv and the raptr thats your aswer for the screen lag...close those thingys and the game became smoother......i have a R7 370 2gb......that's an AMD problem with this game

Radeonpro is working good for me with aapg (r9 290) , maybe worth a try

Just saw u on win 10 . If u try the above and still no good run razor cortex from razor zone to optimize your pc . It will shut down so many Un necessary apps that win 10 runs in background and will force win update to close too .

It will prob give u another 20 fps
Another thing to try is up your virtual memory to 20k
