Just me or lower fps?

Recently after every update or every new map, my fps drops slowly from 144 to 80 or even 50. It might just be me, although some members in the 3rdID seem to see a drop in fps on maps like Overload or even Intercept, shoot even Inner Hospital. I've tried the tips and tricks some people have about increasing fps, but I see no increase or even decrease.

I've looked into the CPU usage and GPU power usage and RAM usage and CPU sits at 20-40% with an AMD FX-8350. GPU power usage sits in the 65% and doesn't go higher on a GTX 780. RAM roughly 1.5GB of RAM is being used with 13GB of RAM still not used.

I have a similar problem. I seem to loose a ton of FPS. And turning the settings to ultimate low doesn't quiet help enough.

Same, played the FGN finals with less than 80fps...normally run 299 maxed.
