    Honestly, I suspect the easiest way is to delete the bomb, add a new one and re-setup the Objectives. Surely a new bomb won't have the same issue. The editor gives me 'external references' when I open your map from the Workshop folder. That might be just because of where it's saved though...

    Rly.. I thought I read STL somewhere, which is weird cause it shows that as "certificate trust list" .. I was scratching my head on that one.. but I went with it.. Thanks Lobo.. ill resave as FBX and try again.

    Edit.. unfortunately fbx is not a format solidworks 2012 can save as.. and from what I see there is no export

    any other formats UDK reads?

    Yeah once you add in the bomb your gonna need to edit some properties (highlight bomb and hit F4) to assign it to a team and all that kinda stuff.. as well as include it in your mission flow in the objective editor.

    what format can you save solidworks in ? (obj, 3ds, psk) if you can save in a format that works with max then you can convert in max to fbx ,

    It's a shame there aint a simple "AA_AddBombThatIsAlreadyConfigured" actor :lol:

    Here's a real handy tutorial wolvie did that covers setting up objectives, it's not exactly on the bomb kind but it should steer you in the right kinda direction :mrgreen:



    It's a whole lot easier when your starting out with a template in the basic ME as you choose the obj's and team sizes etc.. then when you hit OK it does most all the leg work for you, leaving you to work on the map, move the Obj's about then simply setup the mission flow.

    Since you mistakenly broke it somehow.. (which 99% of learning comes from making mistakes) your basically now having to set it all back up yourself, as daunting as it gets and seems at times, it's massively rewarding when you get it all and master it though and the more what you learn you'll find applies to many things :+1:

    As instructed in the other post on bomb, I can copy / paste and if worst come to worst I can just look at the properties of a stock map and make it the same

    And I watched that video last night .. well skimmed threw it looking for c4 setup

    Just remember that you have to figure out which team is which when you specific objective properties. You CAN'T totally cut/paste that stuff or next thing you know your defense is planting the bomb! :D

    Your spawns will have Team 0 and Team 1 codes, which will help.

    Released !! Sitrep:

    - properly working bomb
    - entrance added to Z
    - Sniper Stairs added to leaning tower
    - Cover added to Mid
    - Water instant damage
    - fixed various areas where you can leave the map

    Low blow.. I didn't get a chance to check cause our match lasted ovee 2 hrs last night..
    But I can't picture it... seems those steps are so far away from other buildings
