Clock Countdown Stops

So... I'm experimenting with a mix of objectives for a BDX umm map. Basically, assault needs to pick up the bomb and blow up one of two locations to breach the compound, and then win by taking an activate objective.

With server testing it seems to work okay as far as gameplay goes, however I noticed that once the bomb objective is destroyed, the game countdown clock stops. I can still win the round by taking the activate objective, but the clock is frozen at the time the bomb went off.

Is there anyway to keep the clock ticking? Or have I managed yet again to waste a lot of time on the undoable?
