Bugged Bug Report?

I just tried to report a bug but when I press 'Submit' I get:
"The selected category is invalid"

My report is this:
You probably know this.
When a match ends and I press ECS, F1 or F2 the map vote UI wont show up.

I still get "The selected category is invalid" when submit a bug report.

This is my bug report:
Server 85.195.81.110 ping is swinging between 60 and 500. Map was Cabin Fever
(Great Outdoors Map Comp EU)

What address are you reporting bugs at and how are you getting there? The Launcher, the website, etc?

I don't see a "category" only a place to type in the "Description of Bug"??

I'm hoping someone will come in and say something here. I'm not sure what I can comment at this point. The website link doesn't seem to go to the same page it used to.
