3 servers were all on the same current map, flo_RanchDayFog_ac

One server reported 1 UMM and prompted (for the current map). One server reported 14 UMMs and prompted. One server reported no UMMs and gave no prompt.

This suggests to me (with a lot of assumptions):
    - the problem does not appear to depend on the map itself
    - the problem is independent of the currently-active map
    - the problem is related to individual server configurations

Implying an ini setting of some kind? Or......servers with different metadata versions?

I tried chasing down whether that eAASDQR_TIME_OUT error is relevant. SDQR is the "server data querier", the piece of code requesting info on things like "Is this server running UMMs?" I thought that time out might be responsible, **but** I got the same issue (version mismatch and false report of no UMMs) with servers reporting eAASDQR_SUCCESS. So it seems like that error message isn't the answer here either.

I think the issue is the SDQR not correctly determining the number of UMMs being run. Unfortunately, that's in the code I don't have a simple way to read (all I get is "native function RequestSubscribedMaps();").

The server owners getting different results with the same current map could all compare notes on their exact configurations (where maps are stored for their server, where the server's metadata info is, what their AAGame map lists look like, who knows?). It'd be much simpler if we knew how the game tries to identify whether a server is running UMMs.

Yes, some test strategy is going to be necessary, I think.
