Player Names:

Players are able to select and change their account name. When doing so you must conform to the following guidelines.
  1. Impersonation of Admins, Dev team members, other members of the Army staff, or other fraudulent use of a tag of identification is immediate grounds for removal. This included close spellings intended to deceive others.
  2. Use of names that incorporate obscene language or are in any other way hateful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable are forbidden
  3. Use of names that belong to any religious figure or deity are forbidden.
  4. Names related to drugs, alcohol, criminal activity, or sex are forbidden.

In-Game Behavior:
  1. Derogatory language or slander involving race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed, including negative use of harmless slang will not be tolerated
  2. You may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause unwanted attention or distress to other players.
  3. Intentional team killing and/or team damage will not be tolerated.
  4. 'Mic Spam' or use of the voice chat system to intentionally disrupt gameplay will not be tolerated.
  5. Spam of the in game text chat, or use of the in game text chat system to intentionally disrupt gameplay is forbidden.
  6. You must respect the rights of other players and their rights to play and enjoy America's Army.
  7. You will not exploit in-game bugs.
  8. You may not post or communicate any player's Personal Identifiable Information (name, address, social media information, etc) in the game or on our official forums.
  9. You may not post links to, or play audio containing sexually explicit, threatening, harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or racially/ethnically offensive material within the game
  10. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations within the game.
  11. You may not advertise or promote within the game
  12. You must follow all instructions given to you by authorized personnel while playing America's Army.
  13. Disparaging remarks about the US Army, soldiers, or political statements are not permitted.

Use of our Software
  1. You may not use or distribute cheats, mods, or any other third-party software not specifically authorized or offered by the Army Game Studio
  2. You may not modify any files that are part of the game without approval of the Army Game Studio
  3. You will not in any manner disrupt or facilitate the disruption of any Official server, or any Authorized server, or any other player's computer used to play or access America's Army. This includes, but is not limited to, ping flooding or direct denial of service attacks. You acknowledge that, in addition to such actions violating these TOS, they may also be in violation of criminal and civil law and could subject you to criminal and civil penalties.
  4. You may not use the game in any way that may violate any law or government regulation.

Account Disclaimers
  1. You acknowledge and agree that the Army Game Studio, at it's sole discretion, my suspend or delete your account at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. If for any reason or no reason your account is terminated, suspended, or altered in any way you will not be entitled to compensation for the time you spent playing the game, or any server hosting costs you may have incurred.
  2. Transfer of your account is prohibited. The Army Game Studio does not allow or recognize the transfer of accounts. You may not sell, trade, or purchase an account. The Army Game Studio customer service department will not assist in recovering an account found to be used in such a manner.

Playing in an online multiplayer game

This game is accessed by many users simultaneously. As such, you may encounter player who violate the above Terms of Service. Please report any instance of such behavior to the Army Game Studio. We will do all we can to investigate and take any actions we deem appropriate and reasonable.
The game wasn't made exactly to my specifications, so I feel it's broken.
