UE4 and AAPG

I know this topic pops up every once in a while. Just wanted to share some news I stumbled upon. I don't know if there is any relation with the game studio working on AAPG currently, but it appears the government/army is establishing a relationship with UE4.

See 0:56 mark in the video for an America's Army Studio demo in UE4.

This is an updated version of VAE (Virtual Army Experience). That's kinda old footage, it looks way cooler now.

Is there any public info about VAE? I've not heard anything from that project in several years.

I just found out that VAE exists while digging in old AA3 files (independently from this post). What is this project? Could anyone tell me at least the most important stuff about it?
