Game Comms Question

Normally, during the game, you press V to speak to your team and B to speak to everyone. When talking to your team the corresponding color of your name shows yellow (or whatever you changed it to). When the enemy talks their color is white.

The question is that I hear enemy voices (Bravo) between rounds (shown in Red). I have heard the enemy talk to themselves giving out tactics before the round but I don't think they know that we (Alpha) can hear them. Is this a server setting that all comms are open between rounds or is this a bug?

I don't know if others pay attention to this but I would not communicate tactics until the round actually starts. so you don't broadcast to the enemy team where you are going.

I have noticed sometimes when I press V for voice team chat it displays on the top left as if I am talking in global. Because it says (Out). I think its the same thing as if I was spectating or talking global not a 100% sure right now. Can't think of it for some reason.
Pie charts + Graphs= Very Bad.

I'm guessing it is a server setting because I only noticed this on a private server. I'll try to get screenshots next time.

I've been known to "accidentally" discuss tactics in global

I noticed how some people in my team talking in global first appear blue (yes, screw the yellow), then while talking switch over to white.

But I am seeing RED when OPFOR teams talk before a match begins. But other OPFOR are in white (like they are supposed to be). So it's sort of random.

So don't be like, @m_hermann, and give out any secrets before the round starts just in case this is a bug.

OpFor on global are always supposed to show as red, never white. Allies (and spectators?) show as white on global and team color on team.

Screenshots of this while happening would be good. It sounds like it's more likely to be user error though.
