For whatever reason the watchdog maps do not work on my server. I've reinstalled the server to see if that would fix the issue but it didn't. So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas?
When i go to change a map, in the list on my server is Three kings but if you change to that map it is listed in the server browser in red. I looked for three kings in my server ini to see if i could remove it,but it's not listed.
Yeah i realize that, three kings is no longer a playable map,but i can see it listed in the maps selection. My original question is why aren't the watchdog maps working on my server.
If you have Three Kings listed in your AAGame.ini file, then either your server was not updated correctly on the v1 release, or you have copied a beta version over the new file.
Best bet may be to do a clean install of the server software so that you have the up to date ini file. Alternatively, use FTP to open the DefaultGame.ini file on the server and copy the contents over the AAGame.ini
The server has been reinstalled as stated above, and the three kings map was never copied over to the final release. The three kings map is only listed in the change map list on the server. Can't find it anywhere else ie:server ini or on my pc .
If Three Kings is listed in there at all and Watchdogs is not, that is why.
Just overwrite that section in your AAGame.ini file with what is in code above, and you should then be able to access the map (you can remove the line with Bridge if you don't want it in rotation).
Ok,watchdogs is listed but three kings shows up in the server vote list as does watchdog. I found three kings listed in my pc's aagame.ini but not in the default. I deleted the 2 three kings lines and saved it. Jumped on my server and it's still there in the vote list. The thing is it's never been listed in the servers .game/default.ini so im just confused as to how it's showing up.
