Failure Starting AA

I have this problem when I start the game....I try to convalidate the file with steam and I have delete and reinstall the game but not work. I try to delete the folder America's Army in Documents\My Game but nothing.....please help me.

Please delete the contents of My Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame

I try but nothing.... in this folder i have only one folder "Logs" now this folder is delete.

I have 1 news: If I launch the launcher and THEN I launch manualy the AAGAME.EXE work all....and the my exp in the launcher it is true
