BUG REPORT - Command to restart round

Hello,
It's the second time that a bug appears during a match, first on harbor assault and second time on breach.
I'll tell you exactly what happens step by step:
- A player has a crash
- At the beginning of the round we pause the match
- When the player comes back we restart the round
- Then on every other rounds it's impossible to take the flag or to do objectives
(i didn't where to post bugs so i did it here, sorry if it's not the appropriate place...)
