Camos dont work?

I dont know if I have to unlock Camos for the weapons or simply it don't work... It always changes the Camo to the default color.

You can see them, but you can't have them equipped in game until you unlock them.

I had the same question everything I changed in the my soldier options don't show in game, now I get it, but is there a way to find out when you unlock or are able to unlock? I only see woodland locked and I see no where that says what rank can have what dress out uniforms!!
