Which build of AAPG are you seeing this in? The Open Beta, or the Opt-In Beta labelled [Test]?

Also, is this happening randomly, or after a certain event, like ALT-Tabbing back into the game, or...?

So, how could I tell it is "Open" beta or "Opt-In" beta from my AA launcher?

And, sure it happens after I video taped my game plays by ALT + F9 (Start and End) .

When you open the scoreboard (by holding TAB) are the words Alpha and Bravo & player names Blue and Red or Yellow and Red? Blue and Red = Open Beta , Yellow and Red = Opt-in

Also, if you are on Open Beta you join servers through the server browser in the AA launcher. If you are Opt-in you launch the game then have to Click "Online" and use the browser from in-game.

Opt-in Launcher looks like this vvv

http://www.americasarmy.com/profile Click "Opt-In Beta" on the upper right side and you will see this

Everything is zero because you play the Open Beta version.

Savior, thank you for telling me the differences between "Open Beta" and "Opt-In" and my launcher definitely is Open Beta as following:

By the way, do I have to reinstall the Opt-In verson again. And could I get the update from Steam or from AA's server?

    Thank you!

Ner0, thank you telling me that and I see what you mean. After you review you suggestion, now I am 100% confirmed that I am in Open Beta.

Same question to you as Savior, do I have to reinstall the "Opt-In" version. Could I manually update my launcher from "Open Beta" to "Opt In Beta". What are the procedures and links?

    Many thanks!

    Thanks Ner0!

Well, I am not sure but could this be the problem.

I have installed the "Opt-In" Beta launcher for a few beta testings between May through August 2015.
Then I reinstall the "Open" Beta for existing games (servers). I have back and forth with these installations as there were 3-5 of such beta testings.

Ner0 to reconfirm, do you mean I could use "Opt-In" Beta launcher to joint games in "Open" Beta servers??

I don't know what causes your issue. Try verify integrity of game cache.
You can only join Opt-in servers with the Opt-in Launcher.

Before you go.. Please post up a Game log straight after crash.. You can find it here..

    \Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Logs\AAClient

open the 'AAClient' file in notepad and copy/paste its content into a forum post (it's important to do this after the game crashes so it might show in the log what the issue is)
If my trollery drives you crazy, you'd better put on your seatbelt.

Ner0, sorry to bother you again, I want to show you an example of my problem, although this is not my game play but it is very closed to what I experienced while I was playing.

The screen frozen (the top clock stop at 3:30) but the screen will be free after 20seconds (the top clock start at 3:29).

But I can tell you this is no lag, because top clock usually will jump from one time to another. (for example 3:30 to 3:20, etc.)

    Have a nice day!

I'm not good at troubleshooting, but some says those freezes is a driver issue and suggest to roll back to an old nvidia driver from december.
