Choose team problem

Hi all, when I eneter into server and want to choose team, game wont let me pick team or spectate, only exit. Anybody knows the problem....

    I believe it's an authorization problem, whenever I have this I open the console with ~ (Button to the left of 1) and type 'reconnect'. Once I am back in the server it is fixed.

    Thx it works, but is not a solution. Do you know how can i fix this, because when i enter to server I see "You have authorization", in order to this I should enter the team without the problem, but it is not.

    I have exact same problem, i cant Authorize on any server with people on it. only if i join a empty server i get Authorized.
