Not able to play on any Servers

It started last week that I am no longer able to play on any servers. Every time I try quick play or manually select a server I go to a screen with the AA logo and punkbuster information in the lower left of the screen

Punkbuster Client: Resolved to (IP Address)
Punkbuster Client: (v2.341 | A0 w) Enabled
Punkbuster Client: Game Version [158016]
Punkbuster Client: Not Connected to a Server.

I am running a Windows 10 machine with an Nvidia gtx650 with an AMD fx8600 Processor. I have 16gb of ram and a 120gb solid state drive for the OS and a terabyte size drive for storage. I had been playing the game on windows 10 for about a week before my issue has occurred. I have attempted a reinstall of the program off of steam twice. I have attempted the troubleshooting steps listed in http://forum.americasarmy.com/discussion/2732/punkbuster-issue and neither has resolved my issue. I wondered if anybody else had any ideas.

I tried reinstalling PunkBuster but it did not seem to resolve my issue. I did get a resolution tonight however. I guess it was a glitch with windows 10 Firewall. I temporarily turned the firewall off to see if that was what was causing the issue and was able to connect. I then turned the firewall back on and am still able to connect.
