Verify E-Mail Error

Hey guys i have a problem here every time i try to verify My E-mail by opening the link that they send it to me its said :

now i can't access my account it said i need to verify it within 3 days ! and i still got the same error ! and they didn't reply me till now .. and i don't wanna lose my account !!
