Peculiar issue.. Never heard of a mouse stopping working, unless the mouse itself broken. Is it a wireless mouse? do you have 2 monitors/screens?

First I would try this, exit the game then navigate to the config folder here -

    Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Config

Delete the 'Config' folder, then relaunch the game.

Sometimes when you use 2 monitors the focus can be taken from game onto your other screen, as easily as just clicking the mouse button after its gone off the side of the main monitor your playing the game on.. basically it makes the game become a background process even though you can still see it and unless you move the mouse back over and click the game window again it will seem like your mouse is not working.

I'm not at all confident this is whats happening in your case.. but it's something to rule out.

something clarified, the hacler click the cursor in the game automatically appears in the upper left, and that's when directly not slides making can not look to the side , I will review the issue of the monitors, thanks for your time :D
