Ingame menus won't work. The Left stick still reversed

Hi
I launched the game today and I had to wait 6 hours for a 4.8GB update besically the entire game was downloaded again I don't know why. Anyway I launched the game it looks beautiful now yea sure. But the menus are broken a text chat box is stuck on the corner and that thing won't let me use the menus. I try to click anywere, select something but the text chat won't let me do anything, I can't close it. I press ESC to return the main menu but doesn't work it blinks and any option I click on closes the menu and activates the goddamned text chat box. I need to kill the game using ALT-TAB-DEL because there is no other way to exit.
About the reversed left stick, forward goes backwards and backwards goes forwards. I don't think that's a difficult fix.
Windows 7 64bit ultimate
amd fx6100 3.3ghz
Nvidia GTX 750ti 2gb DDR5
8 GB RAM ddr3

Have a look in the game options for 'invert axis' or something like that, other than that I have no idea why the game is causing you so much trouble. I've never had the text chat box become stuck and I've never had to alt-tab-del.
Have you tried removing your config files? if not delete the config folder from here
Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Config
then relaunch the game.

This kind of deactivates the left stick Y axis so I just had to use Joy2Key to assing the W/S keys to my stick and done. I know this is a very, very poor solution but it works XD
