Bright Green Patches on Uniforms

Hi, I'm seeing some kind of graphical issue with some of the new uniforms. Basically, certain uniform styles have bright green patches on them instead of the proper dull skin. Is this a known issue? I have an Nvidia 660GT graphics card with the latest driver update. When I go to the my soldier screen, only a few sniper skins have this graphical issue. However, during online play, about a third of the players in my team have these bright green patches which is really annoying. Please help.

This is just placeholder art that was helping our artists get the new camo / uniforms right. They will be gone before the final version.
