So why is the 'Troll' button removed?
I was just about to click 'Troll' on TheTots and it was removed!

I think there should only be "Like". People don't know how to use the "Dislike" properly. The bush thread is a perfect example of that.
I agree, and I am saying that with the same reference as TheBaDaBing!, which is saying something.

No need to discriminate 'Dislikes' more than 'Likes'.
If we have one we need to have another.
Dislikes can be used much better for discrimination as the a like button. In Germany we are saying: "No tolerance for intolerance."

For me it is a common sense that dislike buttons are rarely good for a community. And that can be borrowed from a variety of social science studies and writings or just other forums. I found a few english articles for those who are interested in that matter. A good bibliographical reference can be found in the Wikipedia article below.

If there is no 'Dislike' button there should be no 'Like' button also.

Why only see 'Like' and not see 'Dislike'?

Made another tweak. Likes/Dislikes are now Agree/Disagree and no longer carry a point value.

This may still change, just testing the waters. We have a fairly unique community here.

Roughly 1% of our current total forums users make up over 30% of the posts on the forums. That leads to a LOT of hivemind with that group. I want a system that encourages the involvement of the other 99% of the registered forums users.

That may mean removing ways for the vocal minority to easily gang up on posts they disagree with. We'll just keep testing stuff until we get where we want to be for launch!
The game wasn't made exactly to my specifications, so I feel it's broken.

i'd prefer an "upvote" and a "downvote" and a "thank you".

also, can we get the web dev to change the colors of the different forum titles that show up above each persons posts? so tots has a red title for forum admin. you see the red color at the bottom of the screen when he is online, but when he posts his title doesn't show up as red there.

would also be nice to see veterans get a color of their own. for example, in the last forum it was white.

Thanks for the statistics TheTots. There a few more statistics I would really like to know, but I understand if you can't or won't share those.:
    -
    1. How big is the percentage of posters that are active in the competetive scene ?
    2. How many of the logins are done from non-mobile unix-like platforms ?
    3. How big is the U.S. percentage of all active AA:PG players ?
    4. What is the average age of all active AA:PG players ?

Once we roll out the updates to the theme and forums we will collect feedback in a new thread.

    Thanks for your input everyone.
