The Level has been changed for the SF gameplay. modified and changed some routes.a lot of the Apartments/Building have been raised to stop over the wall 203 spamming. added new rooms and cover areas, mainly with the VIP in mind. but most of the changing have been done to improve game play for SF weapons, and elimnate most of the 203 spam.

Trying to download the map but the download link doesnt work. Been keeping an eye on this map. Shows huge promise in my opinion. Looking forward to playing this.

what happens when you try to download it?cuz i just checked it, and it works fine. to bad it cant upload to mission depot. i've tried everything, and it still wont accepted. im almost to the point of given up mapping. anywho....link should work.

If you have trouble uploading it to aamissiondepot, have someone else do it. Im looking forward to this map alot and would hate to see it delayed coz your nubbing up the upload. lol Razz

Posted you over on tracker to get as many ppl looking at your map as possible. I see you did finally get it uploaded to aamissiondepot. I do have a question though that I havent found an answer to. Why Dusk SF? Why not SF Dusk? I know it seems silly but Im curious of your thought process on it.

I just played it and the changes are pretty nice. My only concern is that if 203s are in this, there will be a problem here: http://img404.imageshack.us/im...vq4.jpg

Its still possible to spam from here to the door and vica versa, I tried myself.

that not a problem, it can be fixed. problem is when people don't tell you, and all they do is complain. anything thats an issue in the map, i willing to fix. i appreciate your help, and if you find anything else, please dont hesitate to let me know. and this goes to every one in this forum. thank you all Very Happy

How about adding randoms to the map? Random spawns and extractions.


For example swap the sides north and south. have vip spawn Embassy entrance and the team spawn south fountain and Ambush spawn West gate( original extraction), having extraction At the south gate by that car.

Or Spawns as is and Extraction in the north gate instead of the west gate.
Or Ambush spawns south , with extraction south and VIP spawns Town hall.
Or spawn Vip Northpatio, Ambush Embassy, and Def the apartments ( ambush orig spawn) and Extraction is south gate.

I liked Dusk as is and despised the SF mod, I also dont think its a good idea to change maps, but I have always thought why didnt they include randoms. And as you have already changed the map why not Add something interesting.

ESCORT

1. SITUATION: After a failed attempt in operation Dusk, to rescue the Resistance leader who was carrying highly sensitive information regarding enemy troop movement and location, Special forces units have been called in to action. Radio contact confirms that Resistance leader is still alive and located in (UWBF) Tango, vicinity grid 30121375.

2. MISSION: Locate the wounded Resistance leader at grid 30121375,and this time safely escort him to the extraction point, at any cause.

3. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

A. ENEMY FORCES: A Squad of mercenary assassins heavily armed with assault rifles, light machine guns, and advanced marksmanship support.

B. FRIENDLY FORCES: Special Forces (Airborne) VpC 589 with sniper support.

C. TERRAIN: Desert city streets consisting of building interiors, narrow streets, tight alleys, open courtyards and limited surrounding terrain.

D. ROE: Be aware that there are other non-combatant personnel in the area. Rules of Engagement published 12MAY05 are in effect. Use appropriate force against positively identified enemy combatants only. Minimize damage to local infrastructure.

Ran thru the latest update of the map and I like the added content and fixes. Good job Wolverine. You created a better Dusk map no matter what the weapon loadout is.
