As I have experienced in the Service and I'm sure alot of other members of this community have also have done............................Hurry up and wait.

Everybody thats complaining and carrying on about this or that. Well just think of it as alittle bit of the real Army.

FOLKS FOLKS FOLKS!
Lets all stop and take a breath, as time continues the soon that Dev can get to releasing us a patch.
This game has the potential to become one of the best FPS out there... why? It can continue to evolve it can continue to grow and best of all its free... that being said when a patch comes out it comes out.
As a member of a clan we are having our first competitive match... yes the new patch will help us play and enjoy this game more... and yes we need to be patient but none the less... I'm patient.

I wonder why should someone actually run his game at highest settings?
I mean i can run it smooth as silk @highest, but i don't.
I only run one setting at highest plus vsync on.
Other are set to low.
Why?
Because it makes you more competitive that way.
It was also the case with AA.
Everything lowest but one setting on highest.
I hate tweaks and editing .ini files at this point, i will probably never edit them, no need.
Especially if you risk being banned by a PB which is currently not working at its 100%
If you ask me, i would encrypt those files as they barely make any difference.
Plus even if you mess with graphic card control panel properties you are risking being kicked or banned because of black screens and other things like that.
There will always be some problems with somebody but never clearly stated by devs what is legal what not.

just remember the bugged shadows over at CSAR and other maps back in a days. Ever wodnered why shadows are disabled on the most of the servers over there?

Unless you're having serious (<60FPS) FPS issues, don't bother with any of the "tweaks" that force off the various graphic features. Dynamic netspeed is probably 40% of this games netcode issues. Also, TURN OFF VERTICAL SYNC.

is there any way to put these commands in Console to make it work?!
like a config.exe or somthing..

Yes I think the resolution for example can be used in console.

setRes=1024x768

if i am right, I don't think the rest can be changed from the console

LOL, someone once told me that this is the exact reason why America's Army is the most realistic Army simulator on the planet.

I had to dig this old thread up to find the tweaks again since I reinstalled my OS. Got a new HD, CPU, and more RAM. Looks like some new stuff was added, I must have had the tweaks from the older thread. Nice write up and thanks!
