Hello all.

Im glad to see forum back. Nice job.

My clan rented a new server and we are having 2 issues with it.

Server dont show at server list of the game (only for us from Brasil)

And server doesnt track our kills, only honor and achievementes, kills not.

We have no idea what can be,

Ping is nice, honor is ok, achievements ok, but no full kills (sometimes appears a few kills) and no serverlikst. btw we cant see any brazilians servers at list, we have 3 of them.


Can someone help us?

Please post the server ip address also include server ip of the other brasil servers. Make sure you indicate which server ip is yours.

Our server has the IP 200.162.238.244:8777 - Provider is Serverstrike. ((+N+)) AA3 server

Another one is 200.177.229.38:8777 - Terra America's Army 3

And Brazuca team server has the IP 189.1.174.20:8777.

We need to see our servers at the list.

we supprt AA3 completelly and need the servers to do our best for this game.

Thats the point about my server, Major Pain.

It shows at MBS, and honor is counting.

His honor is counting and perfect, acheivements too.

Its bearing when you see at server info, in game.

But he do not account every kills you have during the matches, only a few, ex: last wednesday i killed 32 ppl in one hour and half and server gives me only six kills.

Honor is ok.

Server is running.

But kills are messed and server dont appear in serverlist of brazilian ppl.

Sometimes we receive americans or europeans (everyone is welcome there) and those ppl told us that saw the server in their list of game. Weird.

We only can find it at gametracker, MBS or Battletracker.

If it shows up on battletracker it has to be visible ingame as both use the same data.

I was looking battletracker just right now and server isn't listing at server list there

Only shows when we search members who play there, but in the serverlist of BT nothing.

Have we a clue of the problem?

Please, its very important to us.

And about kills that doesn't account, can be the same problem?

Hello friends.

I found some stuffs about ports of server and need to understand something.

"3) A router may not be configured correctly and is blocking America's Army. Access the routers configuration and make sure the correct ports are open/forwarded. You can review the required client ports here:

Deploy Client TCP/IP Outgoing 80, 8080, 7305
Authentication TCP/IP Outgoing 8338
Attribute Tracking System TCP/IP Outgoing 3030
Statistics Tracking System TCP/IP Outgoing 5050, 5051

PLease, where can I find this ports in the server (wich .ini?)?

There is another port that i need to know?

Can the problem be at statistics port, 5050 and 5051?

How can I check that in my server?

I am right the problem is there.

Remember, server shows at MBS list, server is honor bearing but,

Server dont show at game list of brazilian clients, i cant put server on battletracker or game tracker, only can see the banners and, finally, server is missing kills, not honor or achievements, only some kills.

Can someone help me?

The server port should be 8777 and which you may need to forward in your firewall settings if you have a firewall such as Comodo, ZoneAlarm, Kaspersky or Norton.

We have some trouble with query port 39.300.

Server not listing anywhere, but if you search for IP you find it.

My God, what nightmare.

if it runs on winserver u might need to setup 39300 to 39320 manually, every single port at its own listing like 39300, 39301 etc, for some reason our winserver refused to understand all other ways..
