Thanks for the note and for hanging in there while we shape up the middleware, network support and database transactions.
I was in Los Angeles yesterday to meet with our middleware/database team regarding the post-launch efforts I mentioned in my letter at the top of this thread, and to prioritize new features we will be releasing in the coming weeks.
Our database team worked closely with our game team to create what will essentially amount to the first "World of Warcraft" level of persistent game play in an FPS. Very soon we will deploy heat maps for each of the multiplayer levels. These heat maps will allow players to see where key action is taking place on maps and to filter this information by weapon type. For example, these maps will graphically depict in real time where snipers are located when the are most effective, where grenadiers are having the greatest impact. Lots to come, stay with us.

Thanks for the updates! It's great to hear from someone upstairs and good to hear some exciting features are still in the works. Can't wait.

Phoenix,
Sir,
I am a signal warrant and was wondering how I could become a part of the AA team? Would it even be possible? Thanks.

I guess it also depends what you want to do.
Project Developer? Community Manager? Forum Moderator? BETA Tester? Volunteer?
A detailed suggestion will help the managers evaluate all other signals.
Good luck
