I am currently stuck on a netbook, which isn't great for gaming, and I have all the settings as low as possible, vsync off, etc etc, But I still get some lag, any ways to boost my FPS?

IIRC its default at DX8, if not, open your "ArmyOps.ini" and locate: [Engine.Engine] RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice ;RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDeviceMove the semi-colon from RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice to RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice Save and close.

Running AA in older DirectX versions won't help your pc, theorically it would run even worst as every new DirectX version pointed to make a better use of all the components, therefore making better use of the graphic card.
All of this doesn't matter on a netbook anyway. You could disable lighting, maybe even running without textures, and it will still not run decently enough (note: of course you can not play without lighting and textures online, while multiplaying).
