Hello kind gentleman, I have a problem. I am a huge pain to my team because I give away our position by not being able to quickly run between urban ally ways or other openings. I can't keep up with my other squad members, I can't run at all.

Well, I should say I can't run, I should say that it's not very reliable. Sometimes when I double tap W, it runs, sometimes when I double tap W, my character just stutters and continues walking. So when I'm under fire, and I'm trying to get the hell out of there, there is literally a 50/50 chance the game will let me do so. On other FPS, I have no problem because instead of double tapping W you simply press SHIFT to run.

I get around 8-20 FPS when playing this game. I tried switching mouses... nothing, I tried switching keyboards... nothing, reinstalled....nothing, this is so frustration.
